Paying by instalments

Effective 15th May, the first and second instalments are payable at time of booking.
The second instalment is payable by 15th May 2022.
The third and final instalment is payable by 30th June 2022.
All bookings by instalment are considered as reserved only, until the final amounts have been received by 30th June 2022.

Accommodation

Clear

En-Suite Preference *

If you would like to book an en-suite room please check the relevant box below. A single en-suite room has a private bathroom. A shared en-suite room has a lounge and bathroom shared between two, with separate small bedrooms. (If booking for shared en-suite, please let us know the name of the person you would like to share with in the ‘Other Information’ box below.)

PLEASE NOTE: Single en-suite rooms at Exeter College are now fully booked for 2022. Should you wish to have en-suite accommodation, please select Cohen Quad.

Please note that those staying at the Cohen Quad will take all the meals they opt for, including breakfast, in the dining hall of Exeter College, Turl Street.

Gala Dinner *

Please indicate if you plan to attend the Gala Dinner on Thursday evening. If you have selected an accommodation option that does not include dinner and you would like to join us, you will need to book the Gala Dinner below.

New Student Registration *

If you are new to the Faculty OR have attended only online seminars or online workshops, an additional one-time £35 registration fee is payable. If you are booking for the 5-day course as well, please ensure you only pay one fee of £35.
