Winter Weekend 2022

Emerging from the dark: Personal work in times of collective transition

Friday 18th February – Sunday 20th February 2022
The Ammerdown Centre, near Bath, Somerset

with Cat Cox, Lisa Stockley and Marielle Churaqui

Emerging from the dark is your chance to explore in a retreat setting the astrology of these transitional times we are currently living through. The retreat will be guided by highly experienced Faculty tutors. We’ll use symbolism, chart work and experiential techniques to better understand the astrology of the times and how it affects us personally. This will allow for intellectual and intuitive insights to arise over the course of the weekend. We very much hope that you will join us.

Course Content

Held in the supportive retreat setting of Ammerdown, the Winter Weekend is an opportunity to hone your astrological skills as well as diving deep into some personal work. We’ll explore the transits and astrological symbolism of the current times to put our own personal experiences into context and reflect not just on where we’ve been but also where we are.

We are living through a period of profound collective change and the last two years have brought challenges for us all. Using formal study, journaling and experiential work, we’ll examine the astrology of the collective and our own charts and personal responses as we seek integration and healing. In the course of the weekend, we’ll revisit the astrology of these years, starting with the Saturn Pluto conjunction of January 2020. We’ll spend time considering Saturn square Uranus which defines 2021 before embracing the healing and spiritual connection Jupiter in Pisces can bring.
